Mona Cake is one of the pieces in a body of vandalism art. Using tufting gun to weave yarn onto a fabric is a metaphor for the action of deliberate destruction. Tribute to Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa, Mona Cake reemerges the May 29, 2022 event, when a protester smeared a cake on Mona Lisa at the Louvre Museum in Paris.
